Shipping & Returns


All orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $150
Standard domestic shipping $10 (2-7 days)
Express shipping $15 (1-4 days)
All orders delivered within Australia automatically receive tracking info.
Jassie delivers to Australia and selected international zones further international shipping can be quoted upon request.


We hope you love your items, but if not we will happily accept returns for a store credit within 14 days.
To start your returns process please contact us promptly to notify of us of your return.

We will then reply with a confirmation email once the return request is approved and will send you the returns address.
Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must:
- Have tags attached
- Be unwashed and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of receiving the item, including faulty products.
- Purchased at full retail price
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via receipt of sale

Credit Notes for Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, your return will be processed, and a credit note will be issued.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
Sale items and gift vouchers
Sale items and gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.


We do not offer exchanges for returns, instead we issue store credit.
If you would like to get an item in another size, colour or item, please send back the item for a store credit and place a new order once you receive your credit note in an email from us.
We will only replace items if they are faulty.

Shipping for returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note for your returned item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit note.
Please be mindful of shipping times dependent on where you live. All efforts are made for you to receive your items promptly and express shipping can also be requested at your expense.

Tracking your return

Make sure when shipping your item back to us you receive tracking for it. We will not be held responsible if your item goes missing and there is no tracking available.
